fix(multi-scrobbler): randomize User-Agent, enable ListenBrainz album art via Cover Art Archive
...
- Replace hardcoded User-Agent with random pick from 8 browser UAs to avoid rate limiting
- Uncomment Cover Art Archive URL in ListenBrainzService so album thumbnails appear on actual Discord RPC (not just the preview)
- Remove unused ListenBrainzResponse and ListenBrainzPlayingNowResponse interfaces

fix(multi-scrobbler): handle extended API format for artist/album fields
...
Last.fm/Libre.fm API with extended=1 returns artist as
{ "#text": "...", mbid: "..." } not { name: "..." }.
Added resolveField helper that handles string, #text, and
alt key formats to prevent missing artist/album data.

- Guard against double-patching when ChatInputActions and
ChatInputSendButton resolve to the same component
- Always patch both targets but conditionally render avatar
based on position setting, so changes apply without restart

feat(multi-scrobbler): implement 60s rate limiting for Libre.fm
...
Enforces a minimum update interval of 60 seconds when Libre.fm is the active service, as requested by the Libre.fm team to reduce server load.
- Added LIBREFM_MIN_UPDATE_INTERVAL to Constants.
- Updated PluginManager to enforce the new minimum for Libre.fm.
- Disabled user-configurable update interval in UI when Libre.fm is active.
