fix(update): watchdog decompile and skip release on failure
...
- hermes-decomp killed by SIGTERM (exit 143) on pathological 380MB module this release
- replace Bun shell (no .timeout/.kill support) with Bun.spawn watchdog; kills decompile/extract after 20min
- on decompile failure, restore version.txt, mark run skipped (.update-skipped), exit cleanly so hourly run retries
- gate Publish/Tag/canvas steps on skip marker so a skipped release isn't pushed or tagged

fix(data): skip >100MB decompiled source files
...
- GitHub hard-rejects files over 100MB per push; pre-receive hook failed on source/__vendor/09xxx/9596_m.js (380MB)
- excluded from source.jsonl and source/ tree so data-branch push completes
- commit message + console.warn list exactly which files were skipped

- extract 4 diff fns into generic diffEntries + diffEntriesCode
- drop 120s polling loop; await gzip promise directly
- filter-before-map in webhook, inline color cast helpers
- decompose drawSections into measure/render helpers
- validate colors VM eval result shape
- chain git commits via lastCommit promise
- drop unused Differs fields, trim types
