## Basic Appointments

Basic appointments in our system work by scheduling a time slot with a provider. Users can book appointments through the web interface or mobile app.

|

The appointment system supports:

- Single appointments
|
|
- Recurring appointments
|
|
- Group appointments
|
|
- Virtual appointments
|
|
|
|
## Appointment Workflow
|
|
|
|
1. User selects a provider
|
|
2. User chooses an available time slot
|
|
3. System confirms the appointment
|
|
4. User receives confirmation email
|
|
5. Provider is notified
|
|
|
|
## Cancellation Policy
|
|
|
|
Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
