Add support for ignore list, which may be easier to setup by people, so
I dont need to add many as f*ck buttons to display settings

- Delete changelog.ts and ChangelogView.tsx - Make service selection
explicit; default to undefined instead of "lastfm" - Update settings and
service logic to handle undefined service - Refactor credential checks
