da9511a8ff Remove unused plugins and update Last.fm activity formatting 
- Delete BetterSpotifyIntegration, HideGiftButton, HoldGIFSend,
MoreConfirm, NoAutoReplyMention, NoIdle, PyonInstaller, and RichPresence
plugins - Update Last.fm activity: set flags to 2, prefix artist with
"by", prefix album with "on", and use track timestamps if available
