- Add track duration to activity large_text when showTimestamp is true -
Fetch track duration from Last.fm API and calculate end time - Change
Last.fm API base URL to use http instead of https

Remove unused plugins and update Last.fm activity formatting

- Delete BetterSpotifyIntegration, HideGiftButton, HoldGIFSend,
MoreConfirm, NoAutoReplyMention, NoIdle, PyonInstaller, and RichPresence
plugins - Update Last.fm activity: set flags to 2, prefix artist with
"by", prefix album with "on", and use track timestamps if available
