Add GitHub Actions workflows and Gradle wrapper

- Android build workflow (builds debug & release APKs on push)
- Release workflow (creates GitHub releases with APKs)
- Gradle wrapper for consistent builds
- ProGuard rules for release optimization
- Build summary in workflow output

Workflows will:
- Build on every push to master/main/develop
- Create releases on version tags (v*.*.*)
- Upload APKs as artifacts (30-90 day retention)
- Run lint checks
- Show build summary with APK sizes

Ready for CI/CD pipeline.
