Subject: [PATCH] fix(data): skip >100MB decompiled source files

- GitHub hard-rejects files over 100MB per push; pre-receive hook failed on source/__vendor/09xxx/9596_m.js (380MB)
- excluded from source.jsonl and source/ tree so data-branch push completes
- commit message + console.warn list exactly which files were skipped
