<p>These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ally platform and related services provided by Mokavshire LLC ("Mokavshire", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.</p>

<h2>1. Acceptance of Terms</h2>

||

<p>By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.</p>

<h2>2. Services</h2>
|
||
|
|
<p>Mokavshire provides the following products and services:</p>

||

||

|
<li><strong>Ally Platform:</strong> A real-time chat and community platform with guilds, channels, messaging, roles, permissions, themes, plugins, and bot integrations.</li>
|
||
|
|
<li><strong>Custom Software Development:</strong> Bespoke software solutions including full-stack web applications, APIs, real-time systems, and database architecture.</li>
|
||
|
|
<li><strong>Discord Bot Development:</strong> Professional Discord bot development, hosting, and custom cog/module creation.</li>
|
||
|
|
<li><strong>Game Server Management:</strong> Server hosting and management through the Forge Panel platform.</li>
|
||
|
|
</ul>

||

<h2>3. Accounts</h2>
|
||
|
|
<p>You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.</p>

<h2>4. Acceptable Use</h2>
|
||
|
|
<p>You agree not to:</p>
|
||
|
|

||

|
<li>Violate any applicable laws or regulations</li>
|
||
|
|
<li>Harass, abuse, or threaten other users</li>

||

<li>Upload or distribute malicious software</li>

<p>All Mokavshire software, branding, and platform content are proprietary and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of content you create on the platform, but grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the services.</p>

<h2>6. Payments and Refunds</h2>
|
||
|
|
<p>Certain services require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. For custom software projects, pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Refund policies vary by service type — contact us for details.</p>

<h2>7. Termination</h2>
|
||
|

<p>We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.</p>

||

<p>Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.</p>
