This commit adds the ability to select the installation method. It also
includes:
- Added root support using the `pm` command. - Integrated the Shizuku
installer. - Added a new Settings UI for choosing an installer.
Replace HTTP contributors API call with a curated static list of GitHub
usernames and avatar URLs to avoid depending on a specific repo. Update
versionCode to 100030 and versionName to 1.0.3
Add automatic <uses-permission> entries for declared/custom permissions
(eg. names ending with _PERMISSION or containing DYNAMIC_RECEIVER).
Ensure MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is added after READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE when
needed. Improve handling of permission/provider name replacements,
targetSdk and application attribute injection (debuggable, legacy
storage, embedded dex, extractNativeLibs) and add manager metadata
entry. Also minor formatting and visitor restructuring.
