Bump react-native-reanimated to 4.1.3 and add react-native-worklets. Update bun.lock and package.json dependencies (including react-native-is-edge-to-edge). Bump bunny-build-info to 1.1.4. Add Changelog modal and Project Info entry in settings and refactor related settings panel/tabs UI.
