Remove Shiggyenhancements plugin
Replace eager chroma and fuzzysort imports with lazy require/cached
loads to reduce startup bundle and runtime cost. Add createMemoryBackend
(an in-memory storage with debounced persistence) and use it for fonts
to accelerate startup. Add per-store write debouncers and change lodash
import to a type-only import
Split app initialization into critical UI tasks and deferred
plugin/network work. Plugins and repository updates now start after
initial interactions, reducing startup jank. Plugin startup is staggered
in batches to avoid CPU spikes. Adds new sort options for plugin lists
and improves plugin registration logic. Removes unused settings and
fixes duplicate tab insertion.
