- Replace all references to "Kettu" with "ShiggyCord" in code, UI, and

Remove Codeberg and legacy workflow/config files - Add new GitHub
release workflow and semantic-release config - Update i18n strings and
debug info to reflect ShiggyCord branding - Refactor settings, plugin,
and theme pages for new branding and improved UX - Add FixEmbed and
MessageFix core plugins - Refactor NoTrack plugin for improved telemetry
blocking - Remove unused PluginBrowser page - Miscellaneous code style
and formatting improvements

fix: Restore original behavior broken by b92d2734b3

That commit introduced a naive patching approach, which unintentionally changed the behavior on the old architecture. Also fixed some logic issues introduced in the same commit.

fix: support New Architecture
...
- Retrieve turbo modules from `global.__turboModuleProxy`
- Use `getConstants()` to retrieve constants of native modules
- Defer some calls from the native bridge/JSI that could break the app when bundle index is not initialized properly
Tested on Android 291.0 (291200), not tested on older versions (without New Architecture)
