Bump bunny-build-info to 1.1.7.1.

UI: merge auto-update toggles, remove fetch-on-start switch, add "Fetch
Now" button and toasts for progress/results. Persist bundle metadata
(tag/url/available) in settings and implement bundle check.
Start enabled Vendetta plugins in small staggered batches and defer
network fetches to the background. Register core plugins at init so they
appear in the UI immediately. Remove BUNNY_PROXY_PREFIX usage and the
unproxied-install confirmation. Restore Updater settings entry and bump
build version to 1.1.6-2. Apply various Metro internals cleanup and
robustness fixes (import tracking, export/blacklist handling, error
guards)

Add file existence check and debug output. Use grep/sed to capture the
first three-part version and fall back to stripping a prerelease suffix.
Validate the final version matches major.minor.patch and fail with debug
output if extraction fails
Replace grep+sed with a single sed that captures exactly
major.minor.patch from src/modules.d.ts to avoid matching prerelease or
malformed versions. Exit early if extraction fails.
Use grep -m1 and sed -E to extract base version and fail if missing.
Compute next prerelease using git ls-remote and normalize tags to avoid
partial matches, selecting the max numeric suffix for the new tag.
Create annotated tag and push via token-authenticated remote. Configure
git user, enable bash shells for steps, and add debug logging.
Run release workflow on dev and compute numeric prerelease suffix for
tags, push annotated tags, and set prerelease output for the GH release
action. Update build metadata to include the prerelease suffix in the
version.
