Deletes a member's messages server-wide the moment they leave, are kicked, or are banned (all fire on_member_remove; audit log classifies which). Generates a self-contained HTML report with channel-switching, search, and attachment previews, alongside per-guild config for triggers, exemptions, scan scope, dry-run mode, and report retention.
