fix: OAuth callback redirect was broken — rsplit('/api/', 1) instead of rsplit('/', 2)

The callback was redirecting to http://ip:port/api/#/callback?token=... instead of
http://ip:port/#/callback?token=... — the SPA lives at root, not /api/.
