fix(serverwhitelist): convert hybrid_group to group — exceeds 25-subcommand limit
The join hybrid_group has 34 subcommands which exceeds Discord's 25 subcommand limit for slash command groups. Since UserSlash already bridges all text commands to slash, the hybrid registration is redundant. Changed commands.hybrid_group → commands.group to avoid the ValueError.
