Fixed soggy default image url, again (#370)

* Moved soggy default image source into Equicord

Due to the original image source seemingly being inconsistent and the domain not having https enabled.

* Or I could just be stupid

https is supported, and my previous merge was overwritten, I'm just dumb

* Update index.tsx
